We check every section and photograph any broken tiles, rust or lifted ridges before we start.
2. Clean
Pressure set for your roof type to lift moss, lichen and dirt without damaging the surface.
3. Repair & seal
Tiles replaced, cracks and ridges sealed, rust treated, so the roof is sound before it's painted.
4. Paint
A fresh coat of roof paint for an even, renewed look and an extra layer of protection.

Questions about your roof
How often should a roof be cleaned?
On the coast and around George, most roofs benefit from a clean every few years, or sooner if you see dark streaks, moss or lichen. Catching it early is far cheaper than repairing tiles or leaks later.
Will pressure washing damage my roof tiles?
Not when it's done properly. We adjust the pressure and technique to the roof type and condition, and we treat fragile or damaged tiles with extra care. We'll point out any broken tiles we find before we start.
Can you paint both tile and IBR / corrugated roofs?
Yes. We clean and prepare tile and sheet-metal roofs, treat rust spots on metal sheets, and apply roof paint for a fresh, protected finish.
My roof leaks. Can you fix it?
Yes. We find where the water is getting in, then repair and seal it: ridges, flashings, cracks, broken tiles or damaged underlay. Send photos of the ceiling stains and the roof if you can.
